No long-term contracts

Knowledge Genie is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. You simply pay month-to-month. If you cancel, you'll be billed for the current month, but you won't be billed again.

No per-user fees

Every Knowledge Genie plan includes unlimited users.

No revenue sharing

With a paid plan you can sell your Genie by adding Google or PayPal payment options. Your revenue is 100% yours.

30-day free trial defined

Use your paid plan without obligation for 30 days. If you cancel your plan within 30 days of signing up you won't be charged a thing. If you cancel your account in the future you will never be charged again, but you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation. Refunds will not be issued after your initial 30 day trial and we don't prorate for partial months.

Any of the following web browsers work with Knowledge Genie: Internet Explorer 7 (PC), Firefox 3.0 or later (Mac, PC, or Linux), Safari 2.0 or later (Mac).

Moving from a Free to Paid account

If you upgrade from a free account to a paid account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial. The 30-day free trial on paid plans only applies if you sign up for a paid plan now. You can always downgrade later if you choose.

Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel later?

Absolutely. Knowledge Genie is a month-to-month service, so you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. It's easy. Simply click on the "My Account" tab in your Author account area to see your options.

Payment options

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We do not accept POs, checks, or invoices to be paid at a later date.

Safe and secure

Your Genie and its data are safe and protected in our hosted SAS 70-II environment. Every Genie plan includes SSL encryption. Our program and infrastructure is updated on a ongoing basis to ensure that the highest levels of protection are maintained.
